A collection of CRM motion work, split by purpose: lifecycle comms designed to connect, and campaign comms designed to convert.
Time-bound campaigns
Special promotions, month-long product pushes across email and in-app, sign-up offers, gave room to test what actually moves people. A/B testing consistently showed that motion assets outperformed static alternatives, driving higher engagement and informing how future campaigns were designed.
Lifecycle Comms
Welcome emails, deposit goal milestones, and maxing out your allowance — the moments where a customer's relationship with the brand is actively being shaped. Motion was used here to turn routine updates into moments of celebration, deepening the emotional connection between customer and brand at each key stage of the journey.
